Craig’s purpose is to assist clients to achieve the property success they desire.
Being a Licensed Real Estate Agent and Auctioneer for over 20 years, Craig has delivered 1000s of times on his stated purpose to the delight of his clients. When combined with his clear & concise regular communication, Craig’s expertise and experience in negotiating deals are fundamental elements to ensuring his clients property ambitions and visions become reality.
Craig’s confidence and enthusiasm to deliver only the best outcomes for his clients is exemplary. He voluntarily helps others in every sense of the word, he just likes helping people.

The Mendoza family’s real estate experience spans back in excess of 30 years. The attention to detail and discipline to deliver only the best outcomes for their clients, is in part learnt from their time served within the Australian Defence Force. Peter ex-Royal Australian Air Force, Jeff ex-Royal Australian Navy and Craig ex- Royal Australian Artillery Regiment. This attention to detail and discipline also extends to how properties are managed by the MOD Realty Team.
